Romanian affiliate marketing company 2Performant enters the Irish market
2Performant, the largest affiliate marketing player in Romania, announces the launch of its operations in Ireland. The move marks a new step in the company’s European growth strategy and comes at a time when Irish e-commerce is among the most developed in the region.
To coordinate the local market, the company has appointed Manus Ó Dálaigh as Country Manager Ireland. With 15 years of experience in marketing, sales, and e-commerce gained in organizations across Europe and the United States, he is known for delivering consistent commercial results and for building scalable growth mechanisms – from sales playbooks to discovery and customer success frameworks. Throughout his career, he has contributed to allocating more than €5 million in growth capital to e-commerce businesses while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. He is currently expanding his expertise through a master’s program focused on applying artificial intelligence in business.

Ireland is a territory with exceptional adoption of online shopping: while in Romania around 60% of consumers have made at least one online purchase in the past year, in Ireland the figure reaches 96%. Moreover, 74% of Irish consumers order food online every week. For local merchants, the February–May period is considered optimal for testing and implementing new sales mechanisms.
